1. Services
Autovanta provides mobile detailing and oxidation restoration services in Broward County, FL. All services are performed at the customer's specified location. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, major credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Prices are subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and service location.
4. Liability
Autovanta is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects on your vehicle. We take great care with every vehicle, but are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions. Customers are advised to remove valuables before service.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge.
